SSL/TLS Test
Test how secure the encrypted connection of a website or server is, with a grade from A+ to F.
Analysis messages from the checker are currently in Dutch.
How does it work?
We connect to the server and test which TLS versions and cipher suites are offered, what the certificate and chain look like and whether HSTS and CAA are set. The test takes a few seconds.
Frequently asked questions
What is a good result?
A or A+ is good. Old protocols (SSL 3, TLS 1.0 and 1.1) should be off and TLS 1.2 and 1.3 on.
Is this the same as SSL Labs?
It looks alike but is our own, indicative test. There are no active vulnerability tests such as Heartbleed.
Can I test a mail server too?
Yes, for the web port. For other ports use the port field.
